Disgusting aftersale and customer service

In the last 5 months two of my brand new hard case suitcases have been severely damaged by the airline who refuse to take any responsibility. It is disgusting and unacceptable that they refuse to take responsibility when you pay a premium to fly and take luggage on their flights and they treat your personal belongings like trash. Caused thousands of rands worth of damage as cases are not cheap to purchase and then refuse to help / fix / replace the damaged luggage that was in perfect condition when they took it from you when checking onto the flight. Lanseria airport only has one local option for flights which is FlySafair so you also have no choice but to accept that they are the airline you have to use if you want to fly out of Lanseria and you also need to accept that they can treat you and your luggage like trash?? It is disgusting! Due to the amount of damage and now having to replace two cases due to their negligence it is actually cheaper in the long run to fly out of ORT and actually use an airline that takes responsibility for their passengers personal belongings. I will not use FlySafair again!!
