Disgusted in Flysafair

Firstly I normally fly with other domestic lines and international airlines , and thought I would try safair as to it's one of the new airlines and never flown in it yet. Flight from CPT to JHB was great however regarding my luggage bag it was cracked from the wheel to the side and on top and then on my return fl guy from JHB to CPT when I collected my luggage bag it was torn apart and that when I tried to pick it up from the pick up point it broke completely . It was a brand bag and very expensive and by the looks of it they just don't care with handling of the luggage. When I approached the flight attendants they said we not the first to complain about it when we landed and that we must go on the website and reach out to swissport that handles all the luggage but once on the website found nothing of that sort and contacted them via WhatsApp number provided and I'm still waiting on a reply .... Very disgusted in the airline and would not recommend anyone to fly with safair .... and with regards to the staff at the ticket desk they are very rude and have no manner of speaking to customers the way they should and get paid to do
