Disgusted in East London airport

Disgusting service in East London! As per your policy wording on the website, you are able to check-in 40 minutes before take off as that is when the check in closes. We were checking in a 50 min before take off at 8am in East London on Sunday and you can check that on camera footage. Your supervisor should not be client facing and should be taken off the floor as she was extremely rude and *********. I then had to pay in R5800 for another flight and on top of that had to drive from East London to PE to catch a flight. I am so angry about the check-in as we were there in the allocated time. I want my R5800 back!
