DISGUSTED BY FLYSAFAIR

Flysafair cancelled my flights I told them i wanted the cash for the 6 flight I booked an Agent Toko Wright-Pheto said they could offer me vouchers for these flights ***,reference 3QYK6V.IVB0D1.Today I receive a mail for check for something that was cancelled by them and I also informed them those flights were longer needed.Toko did not listen to my request.I still have received any voucher from flysafair to this day.I'm appalled by this incompetence.
