Disgusted and not Happy

I was happy with the service I received from you guys until I landed in Jhb. I had to wait for some time to get my luggage. I kept seeing a suitcase similar to mine but the difference was that I did not wrap mine. I called for help only to be told that it was my suitcase. I was really now happy with the service. I get my luggage wrapped even though I did not pay for this. Little did I know...I got home to unpack only to find that my suitcase was damaged and broken...In half and my clothing just fell on the floor. I screamed as it was a brand new suitcase that costed me close to a thousand . And this must have happened at the check in. No explanation or apology was given. The only thing they did was to cover up their damage. Like really when all was going this well. I don't think I'll ever use this airline ever again and will tell of my friends and family. Pitty my friends wanted to come visit me and I recommended you guys. But Iver my dead body. You better sort this out now. Or I will go to the ombudsman
