Disgusted

Checked in and having a boarding pass, we arrived at the check in desk at 16h08 and was told the boarding gates already closed at 16h05 I had to pay R450 to book another flight. The worst part is when I checked the boarding pass it state boarding gates closed at 16h15. How fair is that???
