Discriminating stuff speaking to passengers in a rude way

I thought my knee would snap at some point. Travelling from CPT to Johannesburg, I was boarding priority because my knee was injured. I proceeded to the bus just so I could be taken off again. I waited for everyone to board just for some lady to come and talk to me in a demeaning way and make me go through the boarding process again with an injured knee. Not only was I in pain, I was never provided the "priority service" I paid for.

What à waste of money and discriminating stuff. I will never fly with them and if you are a young black woman or an injured passenger, you might have to give it an extra thought.
