Disastrous flight with FlySafair
Just had a bad experience with FlySafair. Briefly, despite the fact that we paid for an entire holiday which included long Safair flights 5 months before travelling we were never given the opportunity of selecting seats, which were auto-allocated by Safair. We are a family of 3 including a 4 year old child. On the return flight we were not seated together. Furthermore, requests for assistance on this were met with rudeness and dismissive comments from Safair staff and culminated in a refusal to offer any compensation. When you add this to the discomfort of their seats and the fact you have to pay for a cup of coffee or tea as against other flights providers, I recommend following our path of always securing alternatives to Safair wherever possible.
