Disappointing service

To the MD of Fly Safair We would like to express our dissatisfaction with your airline of late. On three occasions your flight has been delayed and your ground crew has not had the training g or ability to speak to your clients , either giving them correct information for the delay or comfort. This is very disappointing to know that you had taken a very good reputation in the past. I hope that this matter is addressed and hopefully you will resolve your flight delays . We are also in business and client satisfaction is critical in these days.
