Disappointing Experience at Cape Town Airport - Plak it on my forehead

I had a frustrating experience checking in at Cape Town airport. There were two agents — one appeared to be a trainee, but surprisingly, she was not. The actual trainee seemed poorly prepared, which is unfortunate and felt like she was being set up for failure.

Despite overlooking this issue, the service was still disappointing. The agent didn’t bother to ask if I wanted a paper ticket — I had to request it myself. To my surprise, she then proceeded to stick the luggage tag on my driver's license. I’ve never seen anything like it! Honestly, what’s next — sticking it on my forehead? It was both unexpected and unprofessional.
