Disappointed with Service

I normally don't have a problem with FlySafair, but recently every single time I need to make changes to my flights (which I always choose as an option when booking), to make a change - it gives me ERR9999. I have now lost money on this and had to make a new booking and the team can just never assist. I am so disappointed with the service from FlySafair.
