Disappointed with Poor Handling and Unfair Compensation

I am extremely disappointed with the way my damaged luggage claim was handled. My bag was clearly damaged while in the company's care, yet I was offered only R450 as compensation—an amount that doesn’t even come close to replacing the bag. I no longer have the proof of payment, but that doesn’t change the fact that the damage occurred while the item was under their responsibility.

I provided all the necessary details and expected a fair resolution. Unfortunately, I feel that my concerns were dismissed, and the offer made was both unrealistic and unfair. You simply cannot replace a quality luggage bag—especially hand luggage—for that amount.

I expected better service and accountability.
