Disappointed Service

Tried changing my flight to a later time but instead was given a whole lot of additional prices to pay. The flight for a later departure compare to the rate I paid was much cheaper. They refuse to offset the amount. This is a total ripoff. Due to unforseen circumstances people need to change their flights surely they should comprise if you are a regular customer.

Definitely will re think using Safair going forward.
