Disappointed loyal passenger

I have been flying with Fly Safair from the time there hit the airways , I have always had excellent service and have sent sterling reviews ,However I am so disappoint at the false advertising all over the internet about from from R421 ,This is absolutely incorrect(a pack of lies) there are no flights to anyway at anytime for this amount , why is FLYSAFAIR tarnishing there great services with false advertising , It is understandable you guys don't have competition and fuel prices are ridiculous so the lower income people or the pensions will not able to fly again in ZA .That so wrong on many levels as me and my husband are living in 2 different provisions due to my disability and my mum lives in either ,usually we able to meet in Durban to see my mum and each .
