Disappointed is service false advertising

Herd on the radio about the Flysafair promo they are running for their birthday at R1 a ticket you can only do this on their website which i did and was booking my flights for 5 people from johannesburg to Cape Town for the 22nd to the 25th of october 2015 and the 27th to the 29th of november for 1 person filled in my details and as i was about to accept the terms and conditions the website kicked me out i tried to phone the call centre and the phone is ringing and signal was so bad i could not hear the other person on the line i then also contacted them via email asking for them to assist and have had no response <br> kind regards<br> Travis Dean Brough <br> ***<br> [Email Removed]
