Disappointed in Flysafair

I wanted to write about my bad experience I had yesterday flying from OR Tambo to King Shaka with Flysafair.Everything went well till we landed.When my suitcase came out on the Carousel I could see it had been tampered with.The Cable Tie had been removed and the straps holding it together were open.Opening my suitcase(at the airport)I saw that someone had scratched in it.My make up and toiletry bag had been unzipped and just left like that.The jewelery , for a Wedding we are attending ,was in a little bag.The bag was thrown out and my earrings taken.Then came my daughters bag and......same thing.Cable tie off ,strap around the suitcase loosened and scratching in the case with things opened up and not closed and just thrown back.Luckily nothing ******.Obviously they were looking for expensive stuff(sorry guys you chose the poor people,jokes on you🤣)Asif that wasn't enough my son in laws suitcase hadn't arrived.On enquiring we heard his suitcase is on the next flight 2 hrs later.So instead of dipping our toes in the sea we were stuck at the Airport for another 2 hrs waiting for his bag to arrive.Thank goodness it did and was luckily not tampered with.So the long and short.Who is to blame here.The Airports or Flysafair.Obviously I have sent a complaint and we received contact numbers to report it telling us we must make a case(excuse the pun)with the police.And say what.Our suitcases were tampered with but nothing of value was taken🤷♀️And do they even have cameras to see who the culprits are.Maybe they are doing that so more people will pay to wrap their suitcases and in that way they make money.I don't know but it was really not a nice experience and felt like invasion of our Privacy😞😡
