disappointed by the company

I feel like i was ****** because i personally went to the airport in east London to cancel my flight ticket, which was mistakenly duplicated, I got reference to confirm that was done via telephone and i was told that they will come back to me in 21 working days. to date, nobody has ever contact me with my ticket that was work R1900. I FEEL ******, Its either i get the voucher which was promised to me or the money. this is ridiculous and disappointing. No calls, nothing.
