Disappointed and gutted

First of all I need to inform everyone that flysafair is the worst airline I had been on and will never ever use it again. Iade my booking online and the price was R490 from joberg to Capetown, upon paying it amounted to a whopping R659… As if it was not over one needs to pay for their sit… Who does that really. Then as if the nightmare was not over upon checking in I was told I had to pay for luggage because I dd not click the box for luggage online… I mean isn’t it automatically obvious that luggage is 20kgs free without even tiking any box that’s what I know and every airline offers this regardless of tiking any box .. I’m sooo ****ed off and disgusted….. Will never use this airline again
