Disappointed

The marketing team I feel they did me bad as I missed my flight last night saying I ddnt check in of which I did the problem was on their side but ddnt care I had to pat extra r500 to fly only this morning of which was a bad experience and I was not the only one. My one cent advice is sms and or call customers to confirm their flight rather than only relying on whatsapp as it has its own glitches.
