Did not receive booking confirmation

Hi, I made an online booking with Flysafair and the payment was deducted from my bank account, however, I did not receive the flight confirmation email for my booking. I tried call the call center on ***, but it is impossible to get through to anyone, no matter which option you select. I then searched their site and navigated to the \Flight confirmation"page where I submitted a request for them to please resend my flight confirmation. (I provided all the flight details"
