DESTROYED LUGGAGE.

Would prefer to rate them with 0 stars. They totally destroyed my suitcase even though it had been covered with a protective cover. The claim process is nothing short of ludicrous as clearly they have NO interest in admitting blame or offering even a small compensation. Will NEVER fly with them again 😡
