Destroyed luggage

On 29th October I flew for the first time with Safair, from Cape Town to OR Tambo. I am deeply disappointed with the way my suitcase was handled on my flight there and returning the next day. I handed in a perfectly good suitcase and when I received it back it was badly broken. So broken I now have to go and buy a new suitcase. I have been flying locally for more than 20 years and have never had a problem with my suitcase being broken. Yet the first time I fly with Safair I get my property destroyed!
