Despicable service

Good morning

We arrived at the check in counter at 6.30 for a 7.30 flight to George. Flight FA258 boarding gate C10. When we arrived at the counter the lady said the flight is closed which was at 7.05. Our boarding pass said check in closes at 7.15. We enquired with an official as there are 3 of us, he said we can’t jump the queue only if we had assistant flying with my mom. The priority queue was just as bad.

The assistant was rude & obnoxious, she would not allow us to check in & we had a pre check in but we have luggage. My mom is 86 years old. There was no announcement from anyone when we were in the queue except for. Durban flight. I am extremely disappointed. I had to purchase another ticket from another airline now for R3000 each. I demand a refund otherwise I am going to all social media platforms.
