DEPLORABLE SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE

I just read a review from a passenger with a similar experience to mine (Sat 24 February). Almost identical - check in closed early, 20 passengers stranded and absolutely DEPLORABLE treatment by the counter staff. They want customer feedback but as can be expected from this poorly managed institution, you will not be furnished with information where you can formally lodge a complaint. The other complainant was complimentary in calling them a third rate institution, one wonders what sort of clowns are actually running this outfit. NEVER FLY SAFAIR - ever, ever, ever
