DEPLORABLE SERVICE

Worst airline I have ever came across. I would never refer nor recommend this ********** airline. We had the worst service at OR Tambo on 15th June 2019 flying to Cape Town. We missed check in with a few minutes and had to reschedule out flight. Poorest service I have ever received, the personal are rude, arrogant and do not respond to the problem at hand they just talk over you and with other colleagues like you do not exist. This is a brutal way to treat customers that PAY FOR A SERVICE.
