Denied access to a flight I booked and paid for !

<p>I had a booking for a flight from Cape Town to Durban on the 04-12-2016 for 06:45 am I reached the airport at 06:05 am and was told that I am too late and was not allowed to board the plane although I booked and paid for the filght ,</p> <p>The customer service was terrrible I had to purchase a new ticket with Mango Airlines who offered excellent service .</p> <p>I should have looked at customer reviews on hellopeter before I purchased my ticket , the grear number of bad reviews here just confirms my fears that FlySafair does this all the time and gets away with it .</p> <p>Didnt get a refund or any compensation , thieving company . </p> <p>BEWARE </p>
