Demand for immediate payment of my cash refund

My name is Jeremiah fynn ive waited more than 12 weeks for my cash refund from flysafair.Their system has refused to deliver my money back into my bank account.Due to the pandemic in South Africa flights were cancelled earlier this year. This is now the second review or complaint put forward on Helopeter.Yet the airline cimpany has failed to pay back my own money.Now they even adding an additional fee of 45 percent on my cashback according to their policy put in place because i reqired a direct cash back.Now i am deeply fustrated as i am currently unemployed due to covid 19.I am in great need of the money.I dont think Flysafair shouldnt be an airline company recommend anywhere in the world as they hide behind their policies.All i ask for now is an immediate payment of my money whiich is R844 zar my flight details were as follows MR J l fynn Flight HNVEUD Reference:YKDMYH Id:*** My contact number is *** I demand that their management give me a call.
