Delayed FlySAFair flight!

I was flying Cape Town to Johannesburg on an evening (19:25) flight, once checked-in I was informed that the flight would be 3 HOURS delayed! Since I could no longer leave the airport, I chose to sit at The Lounge, at 9pm we were all kicked out told that they can no longer accommodate past their normal working times. Headed to the Boarding Gate in time only to be told the aircraft had not landed yet. Some passengers received a R100 compensation voucher however the rest of us were told they are no longer giving out vouchers - what nonsense since all of us were inconvenienced. The staff at the Boarding Gate was rude and unwelcoming. Needless to say, we only arrived home after midnight with no available Uber in the area at that time. Terrible experience with FlySAFair.
