I booked returning a flight from East London to Cape Town on the 89 October 2015 because I was going to visit my cousin sister who wasn't well & had cancer. She then passed away today (18 Nov 2015) in the early hour of the morning.<br> <br> So I went online & filled in the \Refunds Form"FlySafair as well as attach a bank statement. I did exactly that"
