Worst experience of my life with flysafair😠😠on the 26th of December 2021 was suppose to fly from EL to CPT (Departure time was 09:20-11:00, I paid R1786 for the flight. I was there 40minutes before my flight they told me I am late and if I want to use the flight I must add R1400 for the next day or I should add R1200 to catch the 14:00 flight at PE and I must use my own money/transport to go there and those consultant were even laughing it's like they enjoy ******** people around it was **************** for me 😠😠and no cares its like nothing happened. I lost R1786
