I am really furious at how Flysafair rob us at broad daylight. My flight was scheduled to depart on 05:55. I had checked in online. While waiting in line to just drop my luggage I was told i should go the ticket sales i had missed my flight. I didn’t understand why, as i was the drop off counter at 05:23 and the boarding gates opened only at 05:25 and to close on 05:40. And plane to depart 05:55 daiInstead i was told they cant assist me and i had missed my flight and i should paying 600 for them to book me on the next plane. I want explanation why was told i missed my plane when i was clearly on time . And had to miss work due this occurrence.
