I had made an error in my booking , called within seconds to try fix it or cancel my booking , only to be told it is a FlySafair issue , called FlySafair to be told again Nothing they can do except charge me double to change my ticket! I made an error and called within seconds to correct it or cancel my ticket , it does not matter what your policy is you can see when a client has called within second of making the booking and in a total panic! this is a disgrace , *****ing from your client!
