I am utterly disgusted with Safair!!! This airline has nothing going for them BUT bad service. Not only do they not respond to issues raised regarding lost suitcases, they also ***** your money in flight and do absolutely NOTHING to rectify their mistakes.

As a frequent business flyer, our company used you (what a mistake). Yesterday we paid for snacks on the business account and the airline took R1167.36 from the account. We have had no luck getting this sorted. This is ****************.
