My husband took a taxify cab to jhb airport to get to pe flight suposed to leave at 16:45 he got there at..... stood in the Q that was long to check in and then when he got to the front he was told he was late when he then called apoke to someone named fortunate who said well you have forfeited your flight because you were not there we asked for a manager named Jenny who said we missed the flight but we have proof from the receipt from taxify that he got there on time each person we spoke to told us that I will have to book another ticket that cost 1500! Amd I had already paid 1114 for this ticket we waisted 1 hour on the phone getting no help at all unless I buy a new ticket how the heck do we get this kind of service!!!!
