7 Feb I booked return flight from jhb to dur when I received the booking confirmation I noticed that I made a mistake of destination vise verse from dur to jhb

Immediately I called to explain the matter and with no remorse I was charge literally double the amount of the booked flights just to swap the destination which is unfair honestly

When I demand to rather take my business else where they still refuse with refund they want to give me a voucher

Flysafair just give me my money and I'll fix my mistake elsewhere, this is daylight *******
