Day light *******

I am very disappointed in flysafair, my partner and I missed the "boarding time" by just 5minutes and were denied to board, the same flight had a delay, which they ALWAYS have! We had to reschedule our flight, the penalties were so insane that we even decided to forfeit them and buy new tickets.
