Day light *******

I made a booking with flysafair later on I went to change it. On sunday 12/08/2018 afternoon I tried to change my booking. I suppose to fly on monday morning. When I am changing the booking it did not want to go through. I send a message through their whatsapp group to report the problem and I did not get the answer. Now when I speak to them they said I forfeited my ticket. I feel like this is a day light ******* because system belong to them when things does not go well mine were fine. I need it to be solved.
