Day 60 of trying to get my money back from safair

I tried booking a seat on flight number V4HRNE from Cape Town to Johannesburg. The funds were deducted off of my account but yet the booking did not go through on Safairs website. I have since then received communication from an employee that I will be refunded within 7-21 working days, and surprise surprise nothing has been refunded. I received ONE email from the refunds department on the 16 of March to note that my request has been received and nothing since. I have tried emailing safair to resolve this, but have received zero response. This is absolutely unacceptable.
