Damn rude call centre staff (Shanay Bester)

I called FlySafair to inquire about a booking I made, I spoke to a Shanay Bester who was extremely unhelpful and rude. You need to train your call centre agents on how to talk to customers! When I asked to speak to her supervisor she put me on hold for 30 minutes!!! I will never use this airline again!
