Damaged Work Monitor Inside Checked-In Luggage - S5VA5K

I am writing to formally report damage to my work monitor/screen, which was packed inside my suitcase when I travelled with FlySafair.

Before my luggage was checked in, I specifically explained that I had sensitive and fragile items inside my suitcase. Despite this, my luggage was handled in a way that resulted in my work screen being damaged.

The monitor was in good working condition before the flight, and the damage occurred while it was in the care and possession of FlySafair. This is extremely concerning as the screen is work equipment, and I rely on it to perform my duties.

I would therefore like to request that this matter be investigated and that I be advised on the process for reporting the damage and claiming compensation/reimbur*****t for the damaged equipment.

I am able to provide photographs of the damage, my flight details, baggage information, proof of ownership, and any other documentation required.
