Damaged suitcase and never refund Money for claim

On the 13 March 2019 myself and my wife flew SAFAIR to Cape town from durban,we checked in our luggage and all was well...When we got to Cape town waited at the conveyer belt for our luggage the suitcase was broken all over the wheels was missing and completed broken off.So i repoted it to the counters and i recieved feed back from: Letlhogonolo Ratholo ********** stating on the email i will be refunded R600 for the suitcase she then asked for my banking details which i forwarded on email to her and till this day 11 April 2019 i have tried emailing her and the people cc on the mail that i have not received the money or refund,i called many dam times and was placed on hold.we used the whatsapp chat as well and still nothing...this is the ****** **** process we must go through yet we spend our money on the best bags and they get damaged buy your staff ...i want my F*&ken refund ASAP coz i am not using my money to buy another bag for you twitts to break it again!! Some one better get hold of me fast and sort this **** out soonest!! The email is below
