Damaged suitcase

I flew flysafair for the first time on 16 June from Dbn to Lanseria. The flight itself was good, however my suitcase which cost me R1300 was in perfect condition when I checked it in but upon picking up my luggage after landing 1 wheel out of 4 was gone. I noticed the bag slanting when I placed it down and once I inspected I saw the wheel has been broken off and this was probably due to the the manner in which the luggage was thrown on board. I'm extremely disappointed with this as I was told many good things about this airline but sadly they failed to impress me.
