Damaged suitcase

My suitcase was broken and damaged. On June 1, 2025, I flew from Johannesburg to Cape Town on a 11:30 am flight FA212.

I notified them by email on June 2, 25. I recounted the narrative that while my bag was being rolled up at the carousel, I noticed a black hole and that, as seen in the attached photographs, it was damaged on both top sides, but the other damage was worse than the other.

I followed up three times since sending the photographs, and there has been/is no answer to date. No phone call, no email, which is really strange considering Ashveer answered instantly to my initial email.

I’m very much unhappy and will like this to be acknowledged please
