Damaged Property

On 21 Feb 2021, I flew from JHB to C. Town with FlySAFair. In Cape Twon when I collected my luggage, the bag was broken extremely scratched and the zip was open. I phone to complain and was told to send pictures. I did just that, but no 1 phoned back to inform me on the way forward.
