Damaged luggage

I would never advise anyone to have luggage at Flysafair. They damaged my luggage and when I filled their damage claim, they didn't even respond only when I called them making a follow up and they told me it is not their responsibility as the luggage is handled by other people. Not taking responsibility for the damage they caused no1, 2 failure to respond to the customer until the customer makes a follow-up. Poor service I got very disappointed. The luggage was fairly knew I bought it in July and thank to Flysafair I must find a way to fix it on top of the luggage charge they charge now am stuck with a damaged suitcase.

Still stand they might be cheap but bear in mind of poor services you will get.
