Damaged luggage assistance being ignored

I flew with FlySafair on the 1st week of November to George from ORT and had a return flight from George back to ORT. FlySafair has been my favorite for over a year and a bit of constant travel due to their consistent service, flight schedules, quality of care etc.

I am disappointed to write this compliant though, on my flight back from George to ORT on the 7/11/20 (FA223 - 09.50am departure [Flight reference: NKRFQQ), my golf bag was damaged. I sent a mail to Safair on the 9th November 20 with pictures and to date have not received any acknowledgement or response on how to solve this. I would like Safair to please help to sort this out as it is something that I took all the insurances etc. for to protect me against type of incident yet no help from them.

I love Safair, but I would love it more if you guys could help sort my damaged luggage during your flight.
