Damaged luggage

FLYSAFAIR broke one of my luggage wheels on the 17 September 2019 and when I logged a complain they never came back to me and only today when I made a follow up they tell me they wont repair my bag I must buy a wheel and repair it.

FLYSAFAIR might be cheap in their prices but we pay for the luggage and now I must still cover the cost to repair the bag they damaged! The disadvantages of using cheap flights one gets poor customer services!
