Damaged luggage

I booked a flight on FlySafair and booked in online. Went to the airport (OR Thambo) and booked in my brand new Samsonite hard shell bag. Upon receiving my bag in Cape Town at the carousel, I found the bag was badly damaged. I think they should investigate how they handle their customers personal belongings.
