Damaged Luggage

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the damage to my travel bag, which I collected from the baggage claim area after my flight with FlySafair last week. The flight details are as follows:

- Flight Number: FA313 - Departure City: Cape Town - Arrival City: Lanseria - Date: 2 March 2025 My travel bag, which was in excellent condition when I checked it in, was returned to me with significant damage. The bag is a new one, and I am extremely disappointed that it was not handled with care. I sent them pictures as requested. They declined my claim saying my bags was damaged which was untrue and they couldn't even provide evidence of this. On my return to Cape Town when my bags arrived it was even worst and by this point i was so sad, tired and disappointed the way my luggage was treated and didnt still bother to complain again.
