Damaged Luggage!!!!!!!!

This airline broke our suitcase on a holiday trip that just started. No apologies what so ever, 2weeks later they inform me that they will deduct an excess fee of R500 , my bag costed me R1000, so they minus R500 from there.

Can you believe this , they damaged my suitcase which i had to buy again for my return flight home and they still charge me less /R500 for excess. Now im down R500 less than i was but with their mistake.

Best part is 2 weeks later still waiting for the funds.

Never ever will travel with them - Sad as a customer you end up paying for a new bag and still get charged an excess R500.

I am shocked honestly.
